1. About Wassit

Wassit is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of gaming accounts, in-game currencies, boosting services, and related digital gaming products. Diaszone operates Wassit as a platform that facilitates listings, orders, payments, delivery coordination, and support.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, Wassit is not the owner of the gaming accounts listed by sellers and is not a party to the underlying sale between buyer and seller, except where needed to process payments, hold funds, provide warranty support, or resolve disputes.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Wassit. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Wassit only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or engage in fraud or abuse.

3. Marketplace Rules

Buyers and sellers must use Wassit honestly and lawfully. Listings must accurately describe the gaming account or service being offered, including rank, skins, platform, region, and any other material details.

• Do not list stolen, hacked, banned, compromised, or unauthorized accounts.
• Do not misrepresent ownership, recovery options, email access, or account condition.
• Do not attempt to bypass Wassit payments, chat, delivery confirmation, or dispute processes.
• Do not use Wassit to launder money, commit fraud, spam, harass users, or upload malicious content.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform.

4. Buying on Wassit

When you purchase a listing, you agree to pay the displayed price and any applicable fees shown at checkout. Orders may require payment confirmation before delivery begins.

Delivery timing depends on the seller and the product type. Instant or near-instant delivery is a goal for many listings, but it is not guaranteed in every case. After delivery, you should promptly verify access and report issues to support within any warranty window communicated for the order.

5. Selling on Wassit

Sellers may need to apply and be approved before listing accounts. By listing a product, you represent that you have full legal right to sell it, that the listing is accurate, and that you can deliver what you promised.

You agree to transfer all necessary credentials and access information after payment, cooperate with delivery confirmation, and not reclaim, recover, or interfere with an account after a completed sale.

6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Wassit may charge marketplace fees, commissions, or service fees as disclosed during listing, checkout, or seller onboarding.

Refunds, replacements, or warranty coverage depend on the order status, the nature of the issue, evidence provided by the parties, and any warranty terms communicated for the transaction. Chargebacks made without contacting support first may result in account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Game Publisher Rules and Risk Acknowledgement

Many game publishers prohibit or restrict account trading. By using Wassit, you acknowledge that buying or selling gaming accounts may violate a game's terms of service and may result in bans, suspensions, or other penalties imposed by the publisher.

Wassit does not control game publishers, anti-cheat systems, or account recovery systems operated by third parties. You use the marketplace at your own risk regarding publisher enforcement actions.

8. Communications and Support

Order-related chat, delivery confirmation, and support channels are provided to help complete transactions safely. You agree to communicate respectfully and provide truthful information when requesting help.

Support may contact you through the website, email, WhatsApp, or other official Wassit channels. Impersonation of Wassit staff or payment diversion outside official channels is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

Wassit branding, website design, logos, and platform content belong to Diaszone or its licensors. Game names, artwork, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for marketplace identification.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Wassit content except as needed to use the service in the ordinary way.

10. Disclaimers

Wassit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted service, perfect delivery timing, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that every listing will remain available, that every seller will perform perfectly, or that a purchased account will remain usable forever with a game publisher.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wassit and Diaszone are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, account bans, publisher penalties, or business interruption arising from your use of the marketplace.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Wassit for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, or the amount required by applicable law if that limit is not enforceable.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Wassit if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, fail delivery obligations, engage in fraud, or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using Wassit at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Wassit evolves or as legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Wassit after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
